摘  要:研究了添加化学氮肥、稻秸和淀粉的土壤在好气、厌气培养下的供氮特征。(1)单施化学氮肥好气培养,土壤中矿物态氮含量始终高于厌气培养;单施稻秸厌气培养,土壤中矿物态氮含量高于好气培养。(2)培养60d时,C/N为10的处理好气培养,土壤中矿物态氮含量高于厌气培养;C/N>20的处理厌气培养,土中矿物态氮含量处于较高水平。(3)添加淀粉使好气培养土壤中矿物态氮含量大幅度减少,厌气培养则变化不大,C/N相同的处理,好气培养下添加淀粉的土壤中矿物态氮的减少量为厌气状态下的1.8倍。The paper dealt with the nitrogen supply characteristics of soil with the addition of chemical N fertilizer, rice straw and starch alone and their combinations under aerobic and anaerobic incubation. The results obtained were as follows: (1) The contents of mineral N under anaerobic incubation were lower than those under aerobic incubation in the whole periods of incubation in the treatment of single addition of chemical N fertilizer, but the reverse was true in the treatment of single addition of rice straw. (2)The contents of mineral N under aerobic incubation were higher than those under anaerobic incubation at the time of incubation of 60 days when the C/N of the material was 10. However the contents of mineral N under anaerobic incubation increased gradually when the C/N increased from 20 to 80. (3) Addition of starch made the contents of soil mineral N be decreased greatly under aerobic incubation while the contents of soil mineral N under anaerobic incubation changed little even if there was an addition of the same amount of starch. Thus, the mineral N under aerobic incubation decreased 1.8 times than that under anaerobic incubation with the same C/N.
