摘  要:为实现鞋楦曲面的高效精加工,研究了一种可控精度的鞋楦曲面重构方法。采用基于曲率分布和弧长对分的自适应加密方法对鞋楦原始数据进行缺损点插补和平滑处理;建立了三次NURBS曲线表示鞋楦横截面周线和轴线方向的表面曲线,并采用混合有理Bézier曲面拟合鞋楦表面;把鞋楦曲面按加工精度的要求离散后,计算得到刀具轨迹线,在Vericut平台上建立刀具模型、毛坯模型和数控刻楦机的运动模型,并对刻楦过程进行了仿真以及误差分析。结果表明,该鞋楦曲面重构方法精度可以调节,误差在允许范围内,运算量适中。In order to machine the shoe last with high efficiency, a reconstruction method, which is controllable in accuracy, was put forward. In terms of the method of obtaining self—adapting dense data based on the curvature distribution and arc length bisection, the original points of shoe last were interpolated and smoothed. Three—order NURBS curve was constructed to describe the circumferential and axial direction curves of shoe last surface, and the blend rational Bézier method was adopted to fit the shoe last surface. The shoe last surface was discretized according to the machining accuracy to generate the tool path. The tool model, workpiecemodel, and the kinematic model of numerical controlled last carving machine were set up on Vericut to simulate the machining process of shoe last, and the errors were analyzed. The results show that this reconstruction method of shoe last is controllable in accuracy, the errors are acceptable, and the computational complexity is moderate.
