活性炭在人参总皂甙注射液制备工艺中的作用

摘　　要：在人参茎叶总皂甙注射液制备工艺中2次使用活性炭,通过对使用方法、用量以及作用时间进行考察,从而确定活性炭在脱色除杂和除热源中的最佳工艺条件。得知在提取精制工艺中,活性炭加入人参茎叶提取液中,使其含量为1%,回流30 m in,对提取液起到很好的脱色除杂效果;在成型工艺中,加入0.2%的活性碳,加热回流20 m in,对注射液起到良好的除热源效果。Active carbon was used twice in the preparation of GSLS （ginseng stem and leaf saponin ） injection. The optimum technology was obtained by investigating the method, dosage and time of active carbon application. Activated charcoal added to the extraction fluid at 1% and refluxed for 30 min gave satisfactory results of decoloration and impurity removal, and addition of 0.2% activated charcoal and reflux for 20 min helped to eliminate pyrogen in the GSLS injection.
