摘　　要：就我国魔芋资源的分布、资源量、特性及其经济价值,以及国内外魔芋资源研究与开发利用的现状进行综述,展望魔芋资源开发利用的发展前景。This paper gives a review of the distribution, resource volume, characteristics and economic significance of konjac （Amorphophallus Blume ） in China, describes the current status of its research, development and utilization in China and in other counties of the world, and discusses the prospect of its development and exploitation in the future.
