摘　　要：运用知识流小车(Know ledge F low Car,KFC)模型来分析企业风险集成管理(Enterprise R iskIntegrated M anagem ent,ER IM)开发及应用中的知识缺口问题,在此基础上提出了将知识管理融入ER-IM中,扩展了ER IM的集成范围,并且分析了基于知识管理的ER IM所必须具备的功能及其意义,最后给出了基于知识管理的ER IM的具体对策.With application of the model of knowledge flow car （KFC） in Enterprise Risk Integrated Management （ERIM） ,it analyzes knowledge gap problem during its development and application. On the basis of this,it puts forward that knowledge management should be applied into ERIM to spread its＇ integrated limit,and analyzes the basic function of KM-based ERIM and its＇ significance. Finally,specific implementation measures of KM-based ERIM are proposed.
