绿色管理的本质内涵与高校科研处长的职责和管理境界

摘　　要：绿色管理的本质内涵是“和谐”,包括“生态和谐”、“人态和谐”和“心态和谐”,“三态”的统一是21世纪管理学的新理念,是创新管理的新模式.在探究绿色管理的本质内涵和基本内容后,阐论了绿色管理内涵的拓展与科研管理绩效目标的一致性,阐明了新形势下高等学校科研处长要把握绿色管理的内涵和自己的职责,提高管理境界,讲究管理艺术,合理配置管理资源,平等共事,创新制度,让规则看守管理,为学校的学术定位和发展目标服务.The essential connotation of the green management is “harmonious”, including “harmony of the ecology”,“ harmony of the people’ s attitude” and “ harmony of the psychology”. The unity of “tristate” is a new idea of management in the 21st century, and a new mode of innovative management. After probing into the essential connotation and basic content of green management, it explains the consistency of the expansion of essential connotation in green management and the managing performance target of scientific research, expounds the scientific research division chief in high institution should hold the intension of green management and one＇s own duty under the new situation, improve the realm of management, pay attention to art of management rationally configurate management resources, work together equally, innovative system, let the rule guard the management, service to the academic localization of the school and development goal.
