A Study on the Specialization of Scientific Research Management Contingent According to the Papers Published by the Front Line Personnel of Scientific Research Management at Colleges and Universities

摘　　要：通过1999—2004年间高校科研管理人员在七种科学学类重要期刊上发表论文情况的统计分析,并与七种期刊发表文章的整体情况进行比较,用数据量化反映高校一线科研管理队伍的现状,指出高校科研管理人员进行科研管理研究的特点和不足,并对科研管理专业化建设提出一些建议.It statistically analyzes the papers published by scientific research management personnel of colleges and universities on seven important scientific magazines from 1999 to 2004. It compares them with whole papers of these magazines, and uses the data to reflect the actuality that the front line staff of scientific research management at colleges and universities have evolved the specialization of scientific research management through the research of the scientific research management. Finally, it points out the characteristics and disadvantages of the research, and gives some advice about the establishment of specialization.
