摘 要:从中国配电网的实际情况和配电网设备检修工作的实际需要出发,挖掘和提炼了电网企业最关心的检修计划优化目标以及制定计划中所要考虑的各种影响因素和约束条件,建立了在保证配电网安全运行的前提下,以最大限度提高配电网的供电可靠性、降低设备检修造成的网损为目标的优化模型,并针对该模型探讨了相应的求解方法。A in-depth investigation is made on the optimization goal most concerned about by electric power enterprises and the restrictions affecting maintenance scheduling in terms of the status quo of distribution system and its maintenance scheduling. Based on the above, a new model for distribution system maintenance scheduling is developed to further imprqve system reliability and reduce power loss due to equipment maintenance without violating any restrictions. In addition, the algorithm of this model is also presented. The feasibility of the method proposed is proved by a test system.
