摘 要:160只1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡随机分为4组,每组40只,分别饲喂添加0、30、50和100m gk/gL-肉碱的玉米-豆粕型日粮,以研究L-肉碱对肉鸡脂质代谢的影响。经7周试验,结果表明:L-肉碱显著影响了肉鸡血清中甘油三酯、胆固醇、游离脂肪酸、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量和肉鸡腹脂率(P<0.05或0.01),但对肉鸡的生长性能未产生显著影响P(>0.05)。综合各项指标的变化,似100mg k/g L-肉碱对肉鸡的脂肪和胆固醇代谢有较明显的影响。160 one-day-Avian broilers were randomly allocated to 4 treatments (40 for each treatment),and fed corn-soybean diets supplemented with different level L-carnitine (0,30,50 and 100mg/kg)to investigate the effects of L-carnitine on lipid metabolism of broilers.The birds fed the basal diet were as control group.The experiment lasted for seven weeks.The results showed that L-carnitine had significant effect on serum triglycerides,total cholesterol,free fatty acids,high density lipid protein cholesterol content and abdominal fat percentage (P〈0.05,P〈0.01).However,dietary treatments had no significant effect on growth performance of broilers (P〉0.05).It seems that adding 100mg/kg L-carnitine can regulate fat and cholesterol metabolism better.
