摘　　要：在对国内外学者关于技术复杂性命题研究评述的基础之上,从技术复杂性日益加剧技术二重性角度出发,阐释了技术复杂性与社会脆弱的内在联系及外在表现。从而进一步提出,对技术实施系统有效的社会控制是克服复杂技术导致社会脆弱的有效途径。This article illuminates the ingenerate relationship and extrinsic representation between the technology complexi- ty and the social frailty, basing on the review of domestic and overseas scholars＇ study about technology complexity, from the angle of dual properties of technology packing up increasingly technology complexity., and consequently puts forward that systemic and effective social control on technology is the efficacious approach of overcoming social frailty conducted by technology complexity.
