积极构建和谐卫生的几点做法

摘　　要：当前群众看病难、看病贵是卫生主管部门重点关注并需要解决的问题。为此,重视合理配置卫生资源;大力发展城市社区卫生服务;切实提高农村卫生工作水平;积极开展医疗惠民;全面推进药品招标;积极扶持民营医疗机构;纠正行业不正之风;积极创建文明卫生行业和加快改善医疗服务环境。That at present medical and health services are both inaccessible and expensive is an issue that health departments in charge are predominantly concemecl with and must provide a solution to. For this reason, the Health Bureau of Nanjing has devoted major efforts to the following aspects： rational allocation of health resources; vigorous development of urban community health services ; earnest improvement of rural health work; active promotion of medical benefits to the masses of people; full adoption of drug purchases via bidding; energetic support for nongovernmental medical institutions; vigorous crackdown on corruptive trade practices; active promotion of highly civilized health industries and speedy improvement of the medical service environment.
