摘　　要：做好医疗卫生工作是构建和谐社会的需要。因此,医疗卫生工作应以保障人民健康为目标,坚持以病人为中心的理念,关注医疗卫生服务的公平性,着眼于群体健康;把尊重劳动、尊重知识、尊重人才、尊重创造的方针落到实处;深化医疗卫生改革;加强医院文化建设,构建和谐的医患关系。Doing a good job of medical and health work is indispensable to harmonious society construction. In doing the work, therefore, it is imperative to aim at safeguarding people＇s health, uphold the idea of giving top priority to the patients, pay attention to the impartiality of medical and health services, attach importance to the health of populations, implement in real earnest the principles of respecting labor, knowledge, talented personnel and creativity, deepen medical and health reform, promote hospital culture, and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
