摘　　要：科研规范控制功能的缺失是现阶段科研越轨行为屡禁不止的主要原因。文章分析了科研越轨行为产生的根源,联系科学的社会控制探讨了科研规范获得控制功能的途径———规范整合,通过整合,科研规范增强了对科学活动中各种失范现象的解释功能,实现了对科研越轨行为的社会控制。The main reason that research misconducts happen frequently is the absence of the control function of the norms of science. Based on the analysis of the deviant behaviors in science, the paper hold that the way of the attainment of control function is norm integration for norms of science. By norm integration, the theory of norms of science may explain the social operation in science and realize social control of deviant behaviors.
