摘　　要：实现由革命党理论向执政党理论的转型,是我党新时期理论建设的首要任务。邓小平理论是实现理论转型的突破口,“三个代表”重要思想是实现理论转型的标志,而科学发展观和执政能力建设的理论,则是“三个代表”思想向实践理性的推进。Realizing it the transition from the theory of Revolutionary Party to the theory of party in power,is primary task of theory construction of new period of our party.Deng Xiaoping Theory is to realize the breach of the transition,the important thought of Three Represents＇is are the progress of the sign of the transition,and scientific development view and theory,ability of administration of construction,Three Represents＇towards pratical theory.
