摘　　要：酶标抗原Dot－ELISA检测鸭肝炎病毒抗体@杨奎@陈溥言...A Dot ELISA was developed for detecting duck hepatitis virus (DHV) antibodies with enzyme labelled DHV antigen pruified by affinity chromatography. The test uses nitrocellulose as the solid phase and horseradish peroxidase labelled antigen as indicator. The best results were obtained with an one hour incubation at 37℃ of an enzymelabelled antigen dilution of 1∶50 and serum specimens dilution of 1∶10. The specificity was comparable to those of the other assays employed. The overall agreement of Dot ELISA with indirect ELISA was 100%.
