带蒂大网膜填塞胆囊床止血法在肝硬化胆囊切除出血中的运用

摘　　要：目的:探讨肝硬化胆囊切除出血的处理。方法:对18例肝硬化胆囊切除出血病例进行了回顾性分析。结果:18例病人完成了胆囊切除手术,术中大出血5例,平均出血400 m l,18例病人应用带蒂大网膜填塞胆囊床止血,效果满意,术后未再出血。结论:带蒂大网膜填塞胆囊床止血法是较好的止血方法。Objective ： To evaluate and investigate the hemostasis of cholecystectomy in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods ： The results of 18 patients with cholecystecomy with liver cirrhosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Cholecystectomy was successfully performed in 18 patients. 5 cases were hemorrhea during the operation; the average blood loss was 400 ml. 18 cases were packing hemostasis with pedicle greater omentum in gallbladder bed, the clinic effect satisfied. Conclusions： Packing with pedicle greater omentum in gallbladder bed is a satisfied hemostasis during cholecystectomy with liver cirrhosis.
