摘　　要：海关是国家出入境监督管理机关。口岸是国家的门户,是人员和货物依法跨国流通的必经之地,也是一国行使其主权的关卡。口岸检查是出入境管理的重要环节。随着2008北京奥运的临近,海关出入境管理工作面临新问题,本文认为对奥运前期及奥运期间的人员、物流、交通工具等出入境主体特点进行预测,完善海关法律制度,对于保障奥运安全意义重大。Customs is the state organ responsible for supervision and control over everything entering and leaving the Customs territory. As the door of a country, customs port is the only way for persons and goods in and out of a country and also serves as the toll-gate for a country to function her sovereignty. Port inspection plays an important role in the entry and exit administration. With the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games approaching, the entry and exit administration is faced with some new problems. This article holds that, for the security of Olympics, it is vital for China to predict the characteristics of persons, logistics and vehicles that will be coming into the country before and during the Olympic Games, and to improve relevant customs legal systems.
