花粉对老年大鼠胸腺结构及淋巴细胞转化反应的影响

摘  要:目的:探讨花粉对老年大鼠胸腺光电镜结构的形态学入免疫功能和抗氧化功能的影响,了解花粉对延缓衰老的可能机制。方法:在光镜、电镜竟下观察花粉对老年大鼠胸腺主要形态结构的影响,分别测定淋巴细胞转化功能和抗氧化功能。结果:在光电镜下观察到花粉对老年胸腺中部分凋亡的胸腺细胞的保护逆转。同时促进淋巴细胞转化,明显提高血清超氧化物歧化酶水平并降低脂质过氧化物含量。结论:花粉有促进老年大鼠胸腺超微结构维持活力,有增强免疫和抗氧化功能从而能延缓衰老。Objective:To explore the influence of the pollen on the image of light and electron microscopic and immune function and antioxidant function , to learn the possible mechanism of the pollen on the process of postponing senility. Methods: Observed the influence of pollen on the main image and structure in the thymus of senility rats under light and electron microscopic, the function of lymphocyte transformation and antioxidant were tested randomly. Results: There were protective reverse of the pollen on the partial thymocyte which were already apotosis under the light and electron microscopic meanwhile, it could promote the lymphocyte transformation and obviously in crease the level of SOD and decrease the content of lipid peroxide in serum. Conclusion: Pollen has the function of promoting the ultrastructure of senility rat to maintain activity, to enhance immune and antioxidant function which could postpone senility.
