摘　　要：本文针对当前南方人学习普通话轻声、儿化时的困难,从必要性与规范性方面探讨应遵循的原则并提供几点学习方法。认为既应重视已有语言理论,也不能忽略发展变化的语言事实及接受对象。可分阶段、分步骤、区分不同程度地进行普及与提高。也期望理论界对轻声词、儿化词作出进一步规范。This article is aimed at the difficulty of Qingsheng and Erhua＇s learning of Putonghua by the people in the South areas and probe into rules which should be followed from their necessity and standard. While paying attention to the languages theory we had, we should not neglect the developing and changing of languages and the learners. The popularizing and improving of languages should go on different stages and degree, step by step. We hope a new standard of Qingsheng and Erhua will be carried out by theory circles .
