摘　　要：我国证券市场虚假陈述行为的相关法律在不断进步和完善之中,但在虚假陈述行为的民事责任认定、损害赔偿范围及标准、赔偿司法程序等方面的实施效果并不令人满意,给投资者权益造成了损害,因此在这些方面有进行适当修正的必要。The code regulating the false statement behavior in securities business has been making unremitting progress and improvement in China, but it is unsatisfactory in operation such as liability identification, indemnity range and gauge, compensation for procedure, thereby impairs investors＇ right and benefit. So it is necessary to amend the blemish in point.
