摘　　要：创新模式的不同,其涉及的知识产权保护的方式也不尽相同。对于领先创新,应结合其成果特征,选择合理的保护方式;对于模仿创新,应正确处理好模仿与知识产权侵权之间的关系;对于合作创新,知识产权保护的焦点是科学地界定与处理合作者共有知识产权问题。Different innovation mode concerns different protective ways in intellectual property. For original innovations, proper protection mode must be chosen in combination with their specific achievement; for imitative innovations, the relations between imitation and violation of intellectual property must be dealt with; and for cooperative innovations, the related protection of intellectual property must be focused on the location of the problems of scientific division and management of the joint property right of the cooperators.
