摘　　要：从结构、焊枪传动、对焊焊机、动作过程几个方面对剪切对焊机作了介绍，并以ｉｎ钢管生产过程为例介绍剪切对焊机的具体工艺参数，对生产和设备改造有一定指导作用。The paper introduces the shear butt welding machine in several aspects,such as the structure,torch drive,butt-welding set,operation process.The applications and practical technoligic parameters of the shear butt welding machine have been shown for producing 2 in,steel pipe.It is available for producing steel pipe and reforming equipment.
