摘  要:目前国内外气体绝缘封闭开关设备(GIS)局部放电在线监测系统多采用高频(UHF)传感器技术,但实现的是低速采集,分析方法也多采用统计分析方法。这种测量及分析方法遗漏了大量的放电故障特征信息。文中介绍了一种基于LabWindows/CVI软件开发平台开发的GIS局部放电在线监测系统软件。它采用传统统计法测量和高频宽带测量2种方法,实现了局部放电统计分析和单次放电脉冲波形分析,对GIS盘式绝缘子的绝缘状态进行诊断。该监测软件调用MAT-LAB的高级分析工具包实现了小波和分形等复杂数据分析,从而实现了对局部放电信号的定量分析;基于ODBC的数据库技术实现CVI与Oracle数据库互联,采用数据库管理大量历史数据;基于Datasocket协议的软件设计实现网络通信。Now, UHF sensor technology is adopted in the domestic and international online monitoring system for GIS partial discharge, which is the low speed collection with statistical analysis method, and omits a plenty of discharge fault information. This monitoring system developed online monitoring software of GIS partial discharge based on LabWindows/CVI software development platform, and adopted 2 kinds of method of traditional statistical and the broadband of high frequency, and realized the discharge statistical analysis method and oneness discharge pulse waveform analysis method, and diagnosed the insulation condition of GIS disk insulator based on this data analysis result. This monitoring software has used the high - grade analysis package of MATLAB to realize the complex data analysis of wavelet and the quantffative analysis to discharge signal Based on the database technology of ODBC, the monitoring system realized the mutual link of CVI and Oracle database, and adopted database to manage a plenty of historical data, and realized the network communication based on the software design of Datasocket agreement. The software eventually realizes the functions of data collection, analysis, preservation, advance warning, history inquky and data print etc..
