摘　　要：对2004年全国220kV及以上电压等级13类输变电设施可靠性情况进行了统计分析,分析了电力规划、设计、制造、安装、调试及生产各个环节存在的薄弱之处。给出了提高输变电设施可靠性水平的建议,指出了未来几年电力可靠性管理的主要任务和改进方向。The statistics and analysis of reliability conditions for 220 kV and the above nation - wide 13 kinds of power transmission and transformation facilities in 2004 were carried out. The existent weak points in power planning, design, manufacturing, installation, commmsioning and every link of production were analyzed. The major tasks and direction of improvements in the future years for electric power reliability management are also given in the paper.
