低中压锅炉焊管用钢带的开发研究

摘　　要：基于本钢连轧厂研制的低中压锅炉焊管用钢，从化学成分、热轧工艺和焊接等方面出发，分别进行了实机轧制和模拟焊接实验，得出不同化学成分及工艺参数对焊接钢组织性能的影响规律，研究成果应用于本钢生产出符合要求的低中压锅炉焊管用钢带。Based on the steel produced by Benxi Hot Rolling Plant for welded tube using at low or medium pressureboiler, tests of hot rolling and weding simulation have been performed by taking account of chemical composition, hot rolling and welding technology, and the affecting principle of different chemical composition andtechnological parameters to the microstructure and properties of the welded steel was obtained. The application of the achievement in the plant production has resulted in output of qualified hot rolled strip for weldedtube using at low or medium pressure boiler.
