摘　　要：阐述了加强高校共产党员党性修养的意义。指出高校党员加强自身修养的目标在于坚持正确的世界观、人生观和价值观;坚持正确的政治立场、政治观点;培养高尚的道德情操;培养良好的学风、教风、作风。可以通过充分发挥党委在提高党员修养中的核心作用、加强学习进行自我完善和提高、加强对高校党员的党性教育和党员队伍的管理、强化实践意识、严格自律开展批评与自我批评等途径,切实提高高校党员的党性修养,努力保持高校党员的先进性,为推进高校各项事业全面发展提供坚强的政治保证。What has been explained in this article is the significance of strengthening of the CPC members＇ Party spirit and accomplishment in colleges and universities, I have stated that to reach the goal of their self- cultivation they must stick to correct world, outlook on life and value; the right political standpoint , political view and train their noble moral sentiment; the good tendency of scholars, good tendency of teaching and way of doing things, we can fully expand on the Party Committee＇ s core function in improving Party member cultivation; strengthen studying and carrying on the self- perfectibility ;strengthen the party spirit education and management to the Party members of colleges and universities ; strengthen practice consciousness ; contain by oneself such ways as criticism and self- criticism , etc. strictly, improve the Party spirit and accomplishment of the Party members.
