摘　　要：电子化政府在实现政府职能方面有着独特的优势。我国应把构建电子化政府作为国家发展的一项战略性措施来抓。目前我国电子化政府建设还存在一些比较突出的问题,应采取相应的有效措施,努力解决,以推动电子化政府的健康发展。The construction of an electronic controlling government is quite important to the realization of the functions of government. Our country should take the construction of an electronic controlling government as a strategic measure. There are still some problems now in the constructing process and we should find some effective solutions.
