摘　　要：目的通过疟疾病例的医疗费用,分析和了解上海地区当前疟疾防治的形势,为今后的疟疾防治提供对策。方法对上海南汇区最近的疟疾病例的个案调查表以及病例的医疗费用进行分析。结果南汇区最近的17例疟疾病例中,其医药费用有70.59%属于不合理,从而表明目前防疟意识淡漠,医务人员对疟疾的诊治缺乏应有的知识和技术,导致疟疾病例的医疗费用不正常地增长,同时给疟疾的防治带来后患。结论在疟疾宣布基本消灭的上海地区,应加强对医务人员的培训,提高防疟意识,才能更好地巩固已有的防疟成果。Objective To study the situation of the prevention and treatment of malaria in Nanhui district of Shanghai through analyzing the medical cost of malaria patients. Method Individual questionnaire and medical cost of malaria patients in Nanhui district were analyzed. Results In the review of the medical cost of 17 recent cases in Naihui district,70.59% of the medical cost was not reasonable. This revealed that the sense of prevention of malaria was indifferent. The medical staff was lack of basic knowledge and techniques for the diagnosis and treatment of malaria. It was thus cost the abnormal increase in the medical expenses for treating malaria and would cause troubles in prevent and treatment of the disease in the future.Conclusion Although it was announced malaria was eradicated in Shanghai district, the medical staff should be trained and the sense of preventing the disease should be aroused in the general population in order to further prevent and control the disease.
