摘 要:目的探讨影响无菌贮存室空气质量监测超标因素,提高无菌贮存室的空气质量。方法采用平板暴露法,对无菌贮存室采取监控,并对措施前后6个月监测结果进行对比。结果采取措施前空气培养细菌总数超标,平均值是(261.66±366.3)cfu/m3。采取措施后空气培养细菌数达标,平均值是(0±52.3)cfu/m3。结论无菌贮存室的空气质量受空气流动程度、室内湿度、温度、消毒条件等因素的影响,只有加强无菌贮存室的环境监控,不断完善环境监控条件,才能保证空气质量达标。Objective To investigate factors affecting the air quality of sterile storeroom and to improve the air quality of sterile storeroom. Methods The air quality of sterile storeroom was monitored by plate exposure method. The air qualities in 6 months before and after the implement of control measures were compared. Results The total bacterial count of sterile storeroom was exceeded the safety standard before the implement of control measures and the average count was (261.66±366.3)cfu/m^3. After the implementation of control measures, the total bacterial count of sterile storeroom was dropped and the average value was (0±52.3)cfu/ma^3. Conclusion The air quality of sterile storeroom was affected by the degree of air ventilation, humidity, temperature of the storeroom and sterile condition. To maintain the standard of the air quality of the sterile storeroom and to ensure the quality of the stored sterilized goods, the environmental condition of the sterile storeroom must be continuously monitored and the management of the room must be strengthened.
