摘　　要：过程成像是近年来发展起来的一种两相流/多相流测量技术,其特点是以非破坏方式获得被测目标体内部多相流体的运动状态,可为动态过程建模和在线控制提供理论和技术依据。本文以电容成像为例介绍了过程成像的原理,方法及其应用;指出了已有图像重建算法的不足。文中简述了作者提出的广义逆敏感矩阵方法的基本思路和实验结果。最后从系统的角度提出了需要解决的关键科学问题。Because it can obtain the flowing state of two/multi phase flows exiting in inner of detected object, process tomography, a kind of detecting technique for two/multi phase flows developed in recent years, can provide basis for procedure the modeling and the controlling on line. In this paper, it has been introduced that the principle, method and applications of process tomography by example of electrical capacitance tomography, and the problems of existed algorithms have also been analyzed. It has been introduced briefly that the idea and modeling result of generalized inverse sensitivity matrix presented. Finally the key problems for practical detecting system have been pointed out.
