摘　　要：从西方主要国家的金融经营体制模式及其发展趋势和我国金融经营体制的发展状况及面临的挑战来看,混业经营将是我国金融业发展的最终选择,我国应对混业经营的挑战是一个长期发展战略,要采取三步走战略,并致力于金融创新,为混业经营创造条件。From the mode and its development trend of the financial management system of the main western country and the situation and challenge of the financial management system of our country, mixed operation will be a final choice of financial management system of our country, and a long - term development strategy meanwhile. We need adopt threestep development strategy, and devote to financial innovation for the mixed operation.
