摘　　要：目的探讨细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)在颜面粟粒性狼疮(LMF)发病中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测20例LMF皮损中ICAM-1的表达情况,并以10例正常皮肤组织作对照。结果LMF组ICAM-1表达阳性率和表达程度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ICAM-1的表达在LMF的发生、发展中起重要作用并提示LMF的发病与细胞免疫有关。Objective To explorc the function of ICAM-1 in the course of LMF. Methods To detected and measured the expression of ICAM-1 in 20 lesion samples of LMF by SP immunohistochemistry, and then compared them with 10 normal samples. Results The expression of ICAM-1 in the LM F group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）, Conclusion ICAM-1 plays an important role during the beginning and development of LMF and it suggests that cause of LMF is related to the cell immunity,
