摘　　要：目的建立简便、易操作的家兔左肺灌注模型;为肺保护研究尤其缺血再灌注损伤的研究提供实验模型。方法利用家兔建立左肺灌注模型。结果33只中32只左肺灌注模型获成功,余下1只因取左肺过程中刺破肺脏层胸膜导致漏气改用右肺亦获成功。结论该家兔左肺灌注模型具有操作简便、成功率高的优点,是可行的肺研究模型。Objective The purpose of this study is to establish rehable and appropriate rabbit left lung perfusion model with simple procedure. Methods We use rabbit to establish single left lung perfusion model. Results The rabbit left lung perfusion models were successfully established in 32 out of 33 cases, while remaining 1 case was failed due to injuring of left pulmonary pleura during left lung harvest, in which the right lung was used to successfully establish the model.Conclusion Rabbit left lung perfusion model is useful and reliable for lung research with simple operation procedure.
