黄芪丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀型的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察黄芪丹参滴丸对冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀型的疗效及不良反应。方法采用随机、双盲、双模拟阳性对照的方法,对黄芪丹参滴丸和养心氏片治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀型的疗效和不良反应进行对比观察。结果治疗组患者心绞痛疗效总有效率、心电图有效率、硝酸甘油停减情况优于对照组,但未达到统计学意义(P>0.05)。在中医症状疗效方面,2组均能改善胸痛、胸闷等主症及心悸等气虚表现,但气短、乏力等气虚症状的改善情况治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪丹参滴丸是治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀型的一个安全、有效的制剂,同时提示益气活血法是治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效方法。Objective To observe the curative and side effects of Huangqidanshen Gutta Pills （HGP） on the patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease （CHD,belonging to the type of qi-deficiency and blood stagnation in Chinese medicine）. Method Patients with angina pectoris of CHD were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group with 60 patients was given HGP and the control group with 40 patients was given Yangxinshi Tablets. Result The total effective rate, result of ECG and reduction and stop of nitroglycerin in the treatment group were all better than that in the control group, but had no statistic significant （P〉0.05）. The symptoms in Chinese medical theory, such as chest pain, thoracic oppression and palpitation, were relieved in two groups, and short of breath and hypodynamia were relieved much more in the treatment group （P〈0.05）. Conelusion HGP is safe and effective to angina pectoris of CHD （belonging to the type of qi-deficiency and blood stagnation in Chinese medicine）. The Chinese medical therapy of replenishing qi and activating blood is effective in the treatment of angina pectoris.
