摘　　要：宏观物流是指在国民经济领域中发生在生产企业纯工艺生产前后以及商品流通过程中的物流活动。通过使用不同的分类标准构造一个宏观物流指标体系,这些分类标准包括宏观内部活动与宏观物流外部环境,量与质,计量形式,等等。能够对宏观物流的多方面特征进行刻画和对各种经济统计指标进行合理定位是该指标体系的主要优势。借助该指标体系,可以实现宏观物流指标的归类、综合以及宏观物流发展规律的实证分析。A definition of macro-MF is given. An index system of Macro-MF based on different sort criterions is constructed. The sort criterions are inside and outside condition, quality and quantity, measure form, and so on. The index system of Macro-MF here has two advantages： describing various characteristics of Macro-MF and classifying various indexes. By using this index system of Macro-MF, we can classify different indexes of Macro-MF, integrate some original indexes into integrative index and make demonstration analysis on some developing rule of Macro-MF.
