摘　　要：培养应用型高等专门人才,是电大开放教育的培养目标。培养目标的实现有赖于通过课程设计、课程教学的实施来完成。本文介绍和总结金融学本科省设课程《证券投资分析》的教学改革实践,研讨开放教育课程改革的路径,旨在探索学生能力培养的素质教学。To develop the higher qualified persons with professional skill required,is the major objective for the opening education of TV University. In order to realize it ,we have to depend on carrying out redesigning and teaching in content of courses .This article introduces and summarizes the experiences about teaching transformation practices through ＇ security and Invetment Analyses＇ ,the course offered locally for the Finance Undergraduates ＇Revise Teaching Content; Reform Taeching Method; Explore Examination System＇ as well as approach to the reform in courses content for the purpose of promotion the quality education required.
