“五黄一号”治疗复杂褥疮临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的总结“五黄一号”治疗复杂褥疮的临床经验。方法创口用“五黄一号”换药,待坏死组织脱净肉芽组织生长时,用皮瓣、肌皮瓣、筋膜皮瓣、肌瓣加植皮方法修复。结果自1998年以来,采用此方法治疗22例复杂褥疮患者,共29处创口均一期愈合。结论复杂褥疮用“五黄一号”换药能有效清除坏死组织,促进肉芽组织生长,改善局部组织营养,能显著提高手术成功率。Objective To summarize the clinical experience in the treatment of complicated bedsore with WuHuang No. 1. Methods Enhance enteral nutritions. WuHuang No. 1 extract was used as exchanging medicine for bedsore. The granulation growing up ,skin flaps ,musculocutaneous flaps ,tasciocutaneous flaps and skin grafting were employed in the management of bedsore. Results Since 1998 ,complicated bedsore in twenty-two patients have been cured by the way. The postoperated wounds was 29 which were repaired in the first phase. Conclusion WuHuang No. 1 could be a good extract for treatment of the complex bedsore. Using WuHuang No. 1 ,the successful rate of operation was raised.
