机动防疫队模块化保障信息管理系统的研制

摘　　要：目的为规范、统一管理各军事行动防疫保障信息,提高工作效率,开发机动防疫队模块化保障信息管理系统。方法采用问卷调查、查阅相关文献资料,整理归纳防疫保障信息管理需求,设计防疫保障模块和筛选防疫保障技术,并经专家咨询论证后确立,采用网络技术、数据库技术和相关的防疫技术,以B/S模式与C/S模式相结合的开发方式开发软件系统。结果确立了组织部署、健康教育、饮水饮食、疾病监测、卫生设施、媒介控制、防疫保障技术咨询系统等功能模块;系统各模块的设计具有较强的科学性、安全性、可操作性、可扩展性和开放性,达到预期目标。结论该系统的应用将规范、统一各军事行动防疫保障工作和极大地提高防疫信息管理的工作效率,具有良好的发展前景。Objective In order to standardize and manage epidemic prevention ensuring information of every military operation in unison, improve working efficiency, develop this system. Methods Investigation questionnaire were adopted, relevant documents and materials were consulted. Demands of epidemic prevention ensuring information were put in order and sum up. Epidemic prevention ensuring module was designed and epidemic prevention ensuring technology was screened, and established after consulted and proved. The network technology, technology of the database and relevant epidemic prevention technology were adopted. The software system was developed by the way that B/S mode combined with C/S mode. Results The health education, drinking water diet, monitoring disease, health facilities, media control, epidemic prevention guarantee such function module as the technological consulting system ,etc. were established and organized and disposed. In order to reach desired target, designing every module system possessed stronger science, security, operability, expansibility and opening. Conclusion Application of this system managing information will standardize epidemic prevention ensuring task of every military operation and will greatly improve working efficiency managing information in epidemic prevention, it will possess good developing prospects.
