摘　　要：目的为半夏药材生产提供优质的种苗。方法用珠芽作为组织培养的外殖体进行半夏的快速繁殖研究。结果优选出了半夏快速繁殖的分化培养基,成功分生出了大量的半夏试管苗。结论通过该组织培养技术可以大批量生产优质的半夏种苗。OBJECTIVE To provide seedlings of high quality Pinellia ternata by plant tissue culture. METHODS The bulbils were taken as an exozoite of tissue-cultivatioru RESULTS The optimal medium for bud sprouting was selected and abundant seedlings were obtained successfully. CONCLUSIONS A large number of Pinellia ternata seedlings can be produced by this tissue culture technology.
