摘 要:目的研究复方硫洗剂中硫的含量测定.方法采用紫外分光光度法.取硫(升华硫)约0.1 g,加氢氧化钾-稀乙醇(1→10)溶液10 mL,于80 ℃水浴中加热溶解,用水制成1 mL含硫约100 μg的溶液,在(370±2)nm波长处测定.结果硫在60~120 μg·mL-1线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为101.0%(n=4),RSD为1.04%.结论紫外分光光度法测定复方硫洗剂中硫的含量结果较满意.OBJECTIVE To establish a method of determination of sulphur in compound sulphur lotion.METHODS The sulphur in compound sulphur lotion was dissolved in potassium hydroxide-dilute alcohol (1→10) at 80℃ and then diluted with water. UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the sulphur content at (370±2) nm wavelength. RESULTS When the concentration of sulfur was between 60-120μg·mL^-1 , the linear relation was good (r=0. 999 5), the average recovery rate was 101.0% (n=4), and RSD was 1.04%. CONCLUSIONS The method is accurate and suitable for the determination of sulphur in compound sulphur lotion.
