摘　　要：采用ASP.NET技术,在系统调研、需求分析的基础上,给出了房产管理系统的设计目标、任务和原则,制定了一个适合高等院校房产部门使用的计算机管理逻辑模型。利用大型数据库及前端开发工具,充分发挥网络优势,全面解决该系统的信息管理问题。Build a building management information system based on three-layer structure of ASP （Active Server Page） technology, With systematic investigating and analyzing, a logistic model which fits universities and colleges was established based on advanced structure system analysis method. Using database and developing tools of client, and fully taking advantages of the excellence of network, we successfully solved the information management problem in the system.
