东营市某幼儿园食源性细菌性痢疾暴发的调查

摘　　要：[目的]积累对暴发疫情调查处理的经验。[方法]对2004年9月发生在东营市胜中社区运输幼儿园的一起细菌性痢疾暴发疫情的调查情况进行分析。[结果]在幼儿园就餐的儿童共163人,4 d内痢疾发病78例,罹患率为47.85%;从病人呕吐物、粪便中分检出福氏痢疾杆菌。[结论]这是一起食源性细菌性痢疾暴发,酱牛肉为可疑食物。[Objective]To accumulate experience of investigation on outbreak of epidemic situation. [Methods] To analyze the situation of epidemic investigation on the outbreak bursting out in Sep,2004, which happened in the kindergarten of Sheng Zhong community,Dong Ying city. [Resuits]There were 163 children,who had their meals in the dining-room of kindergarten and 78 children had dysentery within 4 days,the incidence of this disease was 47.85%. The dysentery bacillus was isolated from the vomit and stool of patients. [Conclusion]The outbreak was caused by food, the dubious object was the beef.
