摘　　要：目的:测定莲芩胶囊中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以ODSC18为色谱柱,甲醇-水-磷酸(45:55: 0．21)为流动相,检测波长为280 nm。结果:黄芩苷在0．08-4．0μg线性关系良好(r=0．999 8)。平均回收率98．9％,RSD= 2．0％。结论:本方法测定简便、快速,测定结果准确。Objective： To determine the content of baicalin in lianqin capsules. Method： HPLC method was used. The stationary phase was ODS column and the mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid （45： 55：0.21 ）. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Result： There was good linear relationship within the range of 0.08-4.0 μg for baicalin （r = 0. 999 8）. The average recovery was 98.93% （RSD = 2.00% ）. Conclusion： This method is simple, fast and accurate.
