摘　　要：目的:建立用HPLC测定参芍胶囊中的芍药苷含量方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,C18柱(250 mm×4．6 mm,5 μm),流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(25:75:0．2),检测波长:230 nm,流速:1 ml·min-1。结果:芍药苷在0．42-4．15μg范围内线性关系良好,芍药苷的平均回收率为99．45％,RSD=0．32％(n=5)。结论:该方法灵敏、专属性好、重现性好。Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination of Paeoniflorin in shenshao capsules. Method： The HPLC method was used. C18 column （ 250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water-acetic acid （ 25：75 ： 0.2 ） . The detection wavelength was 230 nm. The flow rate was 1ml·min^-1, Result： The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.4152- 4. 152μg. The average recovery was 99.45% （RSD = 0.32% ）. Conclusion： The method is sensitive, specific and repeatable.
