摘  要:针对攀钢半钢炼钢的特点,设计了高供氧强度的新型氧枪。新设计的氧枪喷孔数为5孔,喷孔孔型为近似Laval型,且布置在喷头端面的同一圆周上,喷孔倾角分别选取13°和15°。氧枪喷头喉口直径(d喉)选取35 mm。新设计的氧枪冶金效果明显,缩短纯吹氧时间2.6 min/炉,冶炼过程顺行,可满足溅渣护炉的需要,各项技术经济指标改善。According to the characteristics of steelmaking with semi - steel at PZH Steel, the structure and spray nozzle of oxygen lance for high supply intensity were discussed. The new type oxygen lance has 5 jets, and the jets are arranged on the same circumference of spray nozzle end. The shape of jet is similar to Laval - shape, and the dip angles are 13°and 15°respectively. The throat diameter is 35 mm. The metallurgical effects of new designed oxygen lance were obvious. It shortened oxygen blowing time 2.6 rain/heat, meanwhile, the blowing process was smooth, the need of lining protection by slag splashing was satisfied, and the technical - and - economic indexes were improved.
