摘　　要：目的研究Nogo_A阳性神经元在正常成年大鼠脑内的分布。方法免疫组织化学方法(ABC法)。结果Nogo_A在正常大鼠脑内的神经元和纤维有广泛的表达,出现在许多核团,主要在1.前脑的大脑皮质、嗅觉系统、海马、隔区、基底神经节、丘脑、下丘脑和视前区等部位;2.脑干的视听觉、体躯感觉、内脏觉核团、运动核团以及网状结构等;3.小脑Purkinje细胞和深核。阳性反应物主要见于神经元的胞浆和突起内,在脑室系统的嗅球室管膜、侧脑室和第三脑室部分室管膜细胞及其突起内也有表达。结论Nogo-A在脑内神经元的广泛存在提示其在正常状态下的脑功能中可能起重要作用。Objective To study the localization of Nogo-A in the neurons of the brain of adult rat. Methods lmmunohistochemical staining techniques（ABC methods） were used. Results There was a widespread expression of Nogo-A in the brain of adult rat, mainly in 1. Forebrain including neocortex, olfactory system, hippocampal formation, septum, basal ganglia, thalamus, hypothalamus and preoptic area ;2. Brain stem including visual and auditory, somatosensory, visceral nuclei, motor nuclei and reticular formation ; 3. Purkinje cells and deep nuclei of cerebellum. Positive structures mainly existed in the cytoplasm and processes of the neurons. Also Nogo-A was expressed in some ependyma cells and their processes of ventricular system including olfactory ependyma, lateral ventriculus and 3rd ventriculus. Conclusion The widespread expression of Nogo-A in the neurons of the brain indicates that it possibly plays an important role on the normal functional activity of the brain.
