摘　　要：按照气相法、液相法和固相法的分类,对氧化锡纳米粉体、纳米薄膜及纳米花等的制备方法进行了综述,概括了各类制备方法的优缺点,并对未来进行了展望。The different methods for preparation of nanometer tin dioxide are reviewed according to the classifieation of gas phase method, liquid phase method and solid phase method. Moreover, the advantages and disadvantages of various methods are introduced briefly. Their development in the future is forecasted.
