传统急救中成药对L_（7212）小鼠脑膜白血病防治作用的病理观察

摘　　要：采用颅内接种白血病细胞造成Ｌ＿（７２１２）小鼠脑膜白血病模型，对用药组及对照组脑膜白血病细胞浸润程度进行了病理观察，发现用药各组浸润的程度均较对照组轻，尤以安宫牛黄丸组及清开灵组差异显著，提示该药可试用于临床脑膜白血病的防治。By intracranial implantation of leukemic cells,an experimental model with meningeal leukemia was set up.Severity of infiltration of the leukemic cells in the meninges was evaluated in the control group and the groups treated with chi-nese patent drugs,The infiItration in the drug-treated groups was found to be milder than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the group treated withAngong Niuhuang Pill or Qingkailing Injection and the con-trol group,suggesting that these drugs might be used to prevent and treat meningeal leukemia as a clinical trial.
