内异方对SD大鼠子宫内膜异位症动物模型种植内膜作用的实验研究

摘　　要：用种植内膜的方法造成子宫内膜异位症动物模型，并观察内异方Ⅰ号、内异方Ⅱ号、三苯氧胺对此的影响。结果显示：内异方Ⅰ号可显著抑制异位内膜组织的生长，使腺体数目减少，腺腔缩小，腺上皮细胞萎缩，甚至破碎。内异方Ⅱ号、三苯氧胺在抑制异位内膜生长方面疗效并不明显。The effect of Neiyi RecipeⅠand Ⅱ(NYR-Ⅰ,Ⅱ),and tomaxifen citrate on experimental endometriosis was studied in the intact female rat.It was found that the weights of end-ometriol explants were significantly low in the NYR-Ⅰtreated group compared with the untreated group(54.36±32.20 Vs 170. 25 ± 39. 36,p<0.05 ). Less counts of the glands,smaller glandular cavity,and shrinked or destroyed glandular cells were also observed in the NYR-Ⅰtreated group.There was no difference in the implant weights between the NYR-Ⅱtreated groups,tomaxifen citrate and the untreated group.
