XE-2100血液分析仪的应用评价

摘　　要：目的对XE-2100血液分析仪的性能进行评价。方法用体检和住院患者的静脉血标本,按国际血液学标准化委员会(ICSH)已公布的评价方法对XE-2100血球计数仪的精密度、线性、携带污染率及形态学异常的血液病标本的检出率等多项指标进行测定。结果XE-2100血液分析仪的精密度、携带污染率都小于设计的要求,线性范围能够较好地满足临床的要求,对白细胞分类结果与手工法结果有较好的相关性,异常细胞检出的特异度为0.963,灵敏度为0.979。结论XE-2100血液分析仪的性能较好,能较好地满足临床血液常规的检验要求。Objective To evaluate of the performance of the Sysmex XE-2100 automated hematology analyzer. Methods The evaluation was performed by using guidelines established in the Intemational Committee for Standard-ization Haematology （ICSH） document. Precision, linearity, carryover, and the discover rate of morphologic abnormalities were analyzed. Results The precision and carryover were lower than the design demand, and the linearity were enough for clinical demand. The results of differentials were excellent correlation with manual. The specificity for morphologic abnormalities was 0. 963, and sensitivity was 0. 979. Conclusion The performance of the Sysmex XE-2100 automated hematology analyzer is adequate for clinical demand.
